I Doff my hat and tilt my glass to the many instructors who do this character building work. Keep it up, Bravo! Outward Bound has been able to identify many boys character early in their lives and many, many times it has forecasts the traits that led to successful life endeavours for them. Thank you to my watch instructor A. F. Montgomery April 1958. Since the Outward Bound Moray Sea School in 1958, I enjoyed the mountains of Scotland rock climbing and hill walking and the Continent rock climbing. I became a Marine Fitter on Clydeside. I immigrated to Canada in 1966, eventually qualifying as a Pipeline Engineer. As I read the Outward Bound Report on my performance at the school, it identified the character traits that enabled me to be successful.
