Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 + on target earnings and benefits (starting salary depends on experience).
Contract: 37.5 hours a week. Permanent contract.
Location
: Home based or hybrid working from one of our nationwide offices

Our early careers team

Our Early Careers team work in partnership with employers, colleges and training providers to develop the behaviours and skills apprentices, graduates and early leaders need to thrive in the workplace. The work of this highly successful team brings over 4000 young people to Outward Bound for an early careers personal development programme every year.

  • A passion for the outdoor education training and development market
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Drive new business through research, prospecting, and networking.
